All your personal information is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up through iCloud. No one else, including us, can access your personal information.

Yes! Phone Brain supports iCloud sync, which means your information will automatically sync across all your iOS devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This feature is entirely under your control and can be managed through your device's iCloud settings.
What happens if I delete the app? ▼
If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be removed from your device. However, if you have iCloud sync enabled, your data will be preserved in iCloud and restored when you reinstall the app on the same Apple ID.

You can create any type of category that helps you remember important information. Popular examples include: Medications, Pets, Hobbies, Important Documents, Favorite Recipes, Exercise Routines, or any other category that's meaningful to you.
Is there a limit to how many entries I can add? ▼
There's no artificial limit set by the app. The only limitation would be your device's available storage space. Phone Brain is designed to handle hundreds of entries efficiently.
Can I use Phone Brain offline? ▼
Yes! Phone Brain works completely offline. All your data is stored locally on your device, so you can access your information anytime, anywhere, without an internet connection.
How do I delete an entry I no longer need? ▼
Tap on the entry you want to delete to open the full-screen view, then tap the delete button (trash icon) at the bottom of the screen. Confirm the deletion when prompted. Note that deleted entries cannot be recovered unless you have an iCloud backup.

  • Compressed and optimized for efficient storage while maintaining quality
