Your guide to managing your appointments seamlessly.
The app is organized into three main tabs for easy access:
Tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner of the "Upcoming" screen. Fill in the details for your appointment, including category, doctor, date, and any notes or contact information. Tap "Save" to add it to your list.
To edit an appointment, tap on it from the list to view its details, then tap the "Edit" button. To delete, simply swipe left on an appointment in the list and tap "Delete".
You can set a custom reminder for each appointment (e.g., 1 hour before, 1 day before). The app will schedule a notification to remind you at your chosen time. Please ensure you have granted notification permissions for the app in your device's settings.
Absolutely. All your appointment data is stored securely on your device and is never uploaded to any server. It is completely private to you. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
From the appointment's detail screen, tap the paperclip icon in the toolbar. This will allow you to select a photo from your library to attach to the appointment. You can view or delete attachments from the same detail screen.

DocAppoint is designed with your privacy at its core. We believe that your personal health information is yours and yours alone. This policy outlines our data handling practices, which are designed to be as minimal and transparent as possible.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. All information you enter into DocAppoint—including appointment details, notes, contacts, and attached photos—is stored exclusively on your local device. We do not have access to it.
DocAppoint may request the following permissions to enable key features:
The app contains links to external services, such as the App Store and Apple Maps. Tapping these links will take you outside of our app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
Because all data is stored locally, deleting the DocAppoint app from your device will permanently delete all of its associated data.
